Location: UK / Ireland – Hybrid

Contract: 6 months

Hybrid: Occasional onsite attendance, approximately once every 3 weeks

We are looking for an experienced SAP HR & Payroll Functional Consultant to support SAP HR and Payroll applications within a large enterprise environment. The successful candidate will have strong hands-on functional expertise across SAP HCM/Core HR and UK and/or Irish Payroll, supporting both business-as-usual operations and SAP projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide functional support across SAP HR/HCM and Payroll
  • Support UK and Irish Payroll solutions
  • Deliver SAP configuration, enhancements and change requests
  • Gather business requirements and produce functional specifications
  • Support Personnel Administration, Organisational Management, Time Management, CATS and Compensation Management
  • Support ESS/MSS using WDA and Fiori applications
  • Perform functional, integration and regression testing
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams and Solution Architects
  • Identify opportunities for HR and Payroll process improvement

Essential Experience:

  • 10+ years' SAP HR/HCM functional experience
  • Strong SAP HR & Payroll experience
  • UK and/or Irish Payroll experience – essential
  • SAP Personnel Administration (PA) and Organisational Management (OM)
  • SAP Time Management, Time Evaluation and CATS
  • Compensation Management
  • Hands-on SAP ERP/S/4HANA or SAP Cloud configuration
  • ESS/MSS and Fiori
  • Requirements gathering and stakeholder management
  • Experience across large SAP implementations and the full project lifecycle
  • Experience with SuccessFactors, SAP Concur and HP Quality Centre would be advantageous.
