We’re hiring an experienced Guidewire Architect to lead enterprise-scale insurance transformation programmes across Guidewire InsuranceSuite environments. This role is ideal for a technical leader with strong Guidewire architecture, integration, cloud, and delivery experience within the P&C insurance sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Design scalable solutions across PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter, DataHub and digital platforms
- Lead Guidewire Cloud and modernisation initiatives
- Architect REST/SOAP APIs, microservices, messaging and third-party integrations
- Provide technical leadership, governance, code reviews and mentoring
- Collaborate with product, engineering and architecture teams on large-scale delivery programmes
- Drive CI/CD, DevOps, security, scalability and performance best practice
Required Skills
- Strong Guidewire InsuranceSuite experience
- Guidewire Architect, Solution Architect or Technical Lead background
- Gosu, Java/J2EE, REST/SOAP APIs, SQL
- Microservices, Kafka or messaging technologies
- AWS, Azure or GCP cloud platforms
- Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD tooling
- Experience delivering enterprise P&C insurance transformation projects
Preferred
- Guidewire certifications (ACE, Specialist or Associate)
- Guidewire Cloud Platform experience
- Agile / Scrum delivery
- TOGAF or enterprise architecture certification
