We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect / Solution Architect with strong ServiceNow and telecommunications experience to join a major transformation programme. This role is ideal for a ServiceNow Architect who has delivered enterprise-scale solutions within telecom, OSS/BSS or communications environments and can translate complex business requirements into scalable technical architecture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define end-to-end ServiceNow architecture and solution design.
- Lead architecture across ServiceNow modules including ITOM/TSOM, TSM, CSM, HRSD, IRM/GRC, SecOps and SPM.
- Drive platform governance, standardisation and best practice.
- Design integrations, workflows, data models and technical solutions.
- Collaborate with senior business and technology stakeholders.
- Support large-scale digital transformation and service management initiatives.
Key Requirements:
- Strong experience as an Enterprise Architect, Solution Architect or ServiceNow Architect.
- Deep knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and multiple ServiceNow modules.
- Telecom, Telecommunications, OSS/BSS or Communications Service Provider experience.
- Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow programmes.
- Strong integration architecture, governance and solution design experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
