About the Role

To provide administrative and operational support to the Data Protection Officer, ensuring the organisation remains compliant with data protection legislation and internal policies. This role requires prior experience in a data protection or compliance environment, with a solid understanding of GDPR and related regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Data Protection Officer, including documentation, reporting, and record keeping
  • Support compliance with GDPR, the UK Data Protection Act, and related legislation
  • Manage and track Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs), ensuring timely responses
  • Maintain data breach logs and support investigations and regulatory reporting
  • Assist with Data Protection training and awareness initiatives
