We are seeking an experienced Process Discovery Consultant to support a major intelligent automation and operational transformation programme. This role is ideal for professionals with strong Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Process Mapping and Business Process Reengineering (BPR) experience who can identify automation opportunities across complex business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct process discovery workshops with business and operational stakeholders
  • Analyse end-to-end processes and identify RPA, AI and Low-Code automation opportunities
  • Perform process mapping, value assessments and optimisation reviews
  • Translate business challenges into automation use cases and transformation roadmaps
  • Collaborate with delivery and technology teams on intelligent automation initiatives
  • Drive continuous improvement, standardisation and digitisation programmes

Required Experience:

  • Strong background in Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement or Process Improvement
  • Experience with Process Discovery, Process Mapping and BPR
  • Understanding of Intelligent Automation, RPA, AI and Low-Code platforms
  • Exposure to tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Power Platform, Automation Anywhere or Appian
  • Excellent stakeholder management and consulting skills
  • Experience working within transformation, automation or operational improvement programmes
