We are recruiting an experienced London Market Claims Specialist to support a high‑profile insurance transformation programme. This is a contract role focused on London Market / Lloyd's claims, working on complex claims processes and system implementations. This role requires deep, hands‑on experience across the end‑to‑end claims lifecycle, acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for London Market claims operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as SME for London Market and Lloyd's claims, including ECF (Electronic Claims File) and Write-Back Support
- Guidewire ClaimCenter configuration, workflows and integrations
- Work closely with business and technical teams to analyse and document claims requirements
- Ensure compliance with Lloyd's standards and UK market regulations
- Provide guidance on claims triage, settlement and reporting for complex and high‑value claims
- Lead workshops, training sessions and stakeholder engagement activities
- Identify and deliver claims process improvements and best practice
Essential Experience
