We are recruiting an experienced London Market Claims Specialist to support a high‑profile insurance transformation programme. This is a contract role focused on London Market / Lloyd's claims, working on complex claims processes and system implementations. This role requires deep, hands‑on experience across the end‑to‑end claims lifecycle, acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for London Market claims operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as SME for London Market and Lloyd's claims, including ECF (Electronic Claims File) and Write-Back Support
  • Guidewire ClaimCenter configuration, workflows and integrations
  • Work closely with business and technical teams to analyse and document claims requirements
  • Ensure compliance with Lloyd's standards and UK market regulations
  • Provide guidance on claims triage, settlement and reporting for complex and high‑value claims
  • Lead workshops, training sessions and stakeholder engagement activities
  • Identify and deliver claims process improvements and best practice

Essential Experience

  • Strong London Market / Lloyd's claims experience
  • Proven expertise in Guidewire ClaimCenter
  • Hands‑on experience with ECF and Write‑Back
  • Claims transformation or implementation background
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Desirable

  • Claims Business Analyst or Claims Consultant background
