Are you an Automation Test Lead with 5+ years in a lead or senior QA role? If so, our client, a personalised investment management and wealth management company are looking for an Automation Test Lead who can be proactively deployed and interchanged across projects. You will operate with minimal supervision and demonstrate strong ownership & initiative over the quality lifecycle.
The successful candidate must be a "hybrid" expert, capable of shifting between high-level Test Automation and deep-dive manual testing - (functional, regression, exploratory) based on immediate delivery needs. You will be expected to master application flows quickly and lead testing efforts independently. Senior tester is expected to quickly understand application flows, independently identify testing risks, guide execution priorities, and flex between automation and manual activities based on delivery needs. Prior experience working on investment systems is strongly preferred. Upskilling period of 15 days to 1 month will be provided for domain and environment onboarding.
Essential skills/knowledge/experience:
- Automation: Hands-on expertise in any Test Automation tool preferably in Ranorex with C#. Must have a solid understanding of OOPs concepts and building/maintaining automation frameworks.
- BDD: Practical experience implementing BDD practices (SpecFlow/Gherkin).
- Manual Testing: Mastery of functional, regression, and exploratory testing techniques.
- Tooling: Regular, proficient use of Jira for defect management and Git for version control.
- Domain: Prior experience with Wealth management systems is strongly preferred.
- Minimum 5+ years in a lead or senior QA role.
