PMO Support Analyst (Digital Transformation) Fixed-Term Contract Until December 2027 | Hybrid Working An exciting opportunity has arisen for a PMO Support Analyst to join a large-scale Digital Transformation Programme. This role is ideal for a PMO Analyst, Programme Analyst, Project Support Analyst or PMO Coordinator with experience supporting complex business, ERP, finance systems or technology transformation projects. Key Responsibilities: • Support programme governance, controls and reporting processes • Maintain RAID logs, risk registers, issue trackers and action logs • Produce programme status reports, dashboards and management information • Support change control, planning, scheduling and milestone tracking • Assist with budget, resource and vendor tracking activities • Prepare meeting packs, agendas, minutes and governance documentation • Ensure programme documentation is maintained and quality assured Requirements: • Experience in a PMO Analyst, PMO Support, Programme Analyst, Project Support or Project Coordinator role • Strong understanding of PMO governance, reporting and programme controls • Experience managing RAID logs, status reporting and project documentation • Exposure to Digital Transformation, ERP, Finance Systems, Data or IT programmes • Strong stakeholder management and organisational skills • Good knowledge of MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint and/or Mondaycom Apply today to be part of a high-profile transformation programme delivering significant business change
