Business Analyst | Digital Transformation | Enterprise Applications | Process Improvement
We are recruiting a Business Analyst to support business change and digital transformation initiatives.
You will work across Technology, Digital and business teams to gather and analyse requirements, improve business processes and support the successful delivery and implementation of enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse and document business requirements and functional specifications.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirements elicitation sessions.
- Create user stories, process models, business process maps and supporting documentation.
- Identify and support business process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support testing, change management, implementation and project delivery activities.
- Maintain process architecture and contribute to governance and compliance.
- Provide 1st and 2nd line support for enterprise applications and operational systems.
- Work with cross-functional stakeholders, project and programme teams, suppliers and partners.
About You
- Experience in a Business Analyst role within technology, digital transformation or change environments.
- Strong requirements elicitation, requirements analysis and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience of business process modelling, process mapping and process improvement.
- Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong documentation, reporting and communication skills.
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience; professional Business Analysis certification is desirable.
