Hours: Monday-Friday 40 hours per week 8.30am-5pm

Purpose of the Role: Our client, a leading provider of housing solutions, is looking for a Large Sites Housing Officer to cover the Gloucestershire area. In this role, you'll help ensure that properties across our large sites portfolio are safe, secure, and suitable for residents. You'll also play a key part in safeguarding tenants and making sure that accommodation is functional, habitable, and meets the required standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor service quality and ensure safeguarding concerns and complaints are followed up appropriately.
  • Support subcontractor staff and promote effective collaboration with internal teams, including Safeguarding and Service Centre.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to assess condition and compliance with safety standards.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to housing management.
  • Provide advice and support to tenants regarding their rights and responsibilities.
