We are recruiting for a hands-on Process Technician / Electronics Technician to join a growing electronics manufacturing environment. This role focuses on PCB assembly, rework, soldering, and testing in line with IPC standards (IPC-A-610 / IPC-7711/7721). This is an excellent opportunity for a Production Technician / Test Technician / Assembly Technician with strong experience in electronics manufacturing, SMT, and PCB repair.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out PCB rework, soldering, and component-level repair
  • Perform assembly and build of electronic sub-assemblies and final assemblies
  • Conduct testing, diagnostics, and inspection at sub-assembly and GA level
  • Complete test reports and production documentation
  • Work in line with IPC standards and quality procedures

Requirements

  • Experience as a Process Technician / Electronics Technician / Production Technician
  • Strong soldering, rework, and PCB assembly experience
  • Knowledge of IPC standards (IPC-A-610, IPC-7711/7721)
  • Experience with SMT and/or through-hole assembly
  • Ability to follow technical documentation and work methodically

Desirable

  • IPC certification
  • Experience in electronics manufacturing, aerospace, or defence environments
  • Fault finding or diagnostics experience
