We are looking for a Driver and Installation Operative to join our client's dedicated team. With a competitive salary and excellent benefits, this is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a leading company in housing solutions.\\n\\nThe Role:\\n\\nIn this role, you will be responsible for delivering, assembling, and installing white goods, furnishings, and other inventory to residential properties.

You will start and finish your day at the Swindon Logistics site, with travel to locations across South East England and South Wales.\\n\\nYou will be provided with a daily job sheet, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard. As the face of the company, you will be in regular contact with Housing Officers and, occasionally, Service Users—so maintaining a professional image is essential.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n\\n * Deliver, assemble, and install goods in line with company procedures.\\n\\n * Ensure properties are left safe, clean, and tidy after completing installations.\\n\\n * Report safety hazards or concerns within the property to the Team Leader.\\n\\n * Liaise with Housing Officers to ensure timely deliveries and installations.\\n\\n * Collaborate with team members and attend meetings as required.\\n\\n * Maintain clear communication through emails, calls, and messages.\\n\\n * Accurately complete job records in accordance with company policies.\\n\\nRequired Skills:\\n\\n * A Full, valid UK driving licence.\\n\\n * Ability to drive long distances safely and navigate various routes.\\n\\n * Proficiency in installing and assembling white goods, furnishings, and inventory.\\n\\n * Knowledge of basic hand tools and installation equipment.\\n\\n * Excellent communication and customer service skills.\\n\\n * Strong organisational skills, with a focus on completing tasks efficiently and on time.\\n\\n * A team player who can also take initiative and work independently.\\n\\nBenefits:\\n\\n * 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays.\\n\\n * Health Membership for your well-being.\\n\\n * Life cover for peace of mind.\\n\\n * 4% employer and 4% employee pension contribution.\\n\\n * Laptop, phone, and other equipment provided to support your role.\\n\\n * Access to our Employee Assistance Programme for added support.\\n\\n * Referral scheme—earn rewards for recommending new talent.\\n\\nAdditional Information:\\n\\nThe successful candidate will need to undergo a satisfactory DBS check, as part of the role's requirements.\\n\\nReady to Apply?\\nIf you're ready to take the next step in your career, we’d love to hear from you!
