A global data and AI company is partnering with a leading international sports league to hire a CRM Marketing Specialist to join their Fan Engagement Marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a data-driven CRM marketer to work on large-scale fan engagement campaigns across international markets, using enterprise marketing automation tools, personalization technology, and advanced analytics.
You’ll play a key role in delivering lifecycle marketing campaigns that drive fan acquisition, engagement, and retention across multiple channels including email, SMS, and push notifications.
The Role:
- Contribute across the full CRM lifecycle, from campaign planning and journey design through execution, measurement, and optimization.
- Work closely with Marketing, Data & Analytics, MarTech, Product Marketing, and external vendors to deliver highly personalized campaigns powered by fan data and insights across all channels.
The day-to-day tasks for the Marketing Specialist include:
- Build and execute CRM campaigns across email, SMS, and push channels.
- Develop audience segmentation strategies and campaign workflows.
- Implement personalization and dynamic content strategies.
- Run A/B and multivariate testing to improve engagement and conversion.
- Optimize lifecycle campaigns such as onboarding and reactivation journeys.
- Monitor performance metrics and produce actionable insights.
- QA campaigns and templates prior to deployment.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver campaigns aligned to business goals.
It is essential for the CRM Marketing Specialist to have:
- 3–5 years of CRM, lifecycle marketing, or marketing automation experience.
- Experience with enterprise marketing automation platforms (Adobe tools, Marketo, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
- Experience executing CRM campaigns end-to-end.
- Strong understanding of CRM KPIs, testing, and reporting.
- Working knowledge of HTML for email template editing.
It would be ideal but not essential for the CRM Marketing Specialist to have:
- Experience in fan engagement, media, entertainment, or sports marketing.
- Ability to speak German or Portuguese.
- Experience with tools such as Epsilon PeopleCloud, Movable Ink, or Attentive.
- Interest in sports.
