We are seeking an experienced People and Finance Solution Architect – Oracle Fusion to support a major enterprise transformation programme following a large-scale Oracle Fusion implementation. This role will focus on defining target-state architecture, delivering solution designs, and guiding critical enhancements across Oracle Fusion HCM and ERP. You will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and third-party providers to ensure solutions are scalable, compliant, and aligned with enterprise standards.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Define architecture and solution design for Oracle Fusion enhancements and change requests
- Ensure adherence to technical standards and “configure not customise” principles
- Design integrations across wider enterprise systems
- Manage Oracle Fusion data models and data flows
- Support governance, compliance, and non-functional requirements
- Provide pragmatic architectural leadership across programme delivery
Essential Skills for the Oracle Fusion architect include:
- Strong Oracle Fusion architecture and design experience
- Expertise across Oracle Fusion HCM and ERP
- Knowledge of Oracle Fusion SaaS data models
- Enterprise integration architecture experience
- Strong stakeholder management and governance capabilities
