We are recruiting for a Quality Technician to join a leading aerospace manufacturing environment supporting production quality, non-conformance management and operational quality activities. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in aerospace, precision engineering or regulated manufacturing environments who have worked within production quality, inspection or manufacturing support roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process non-conforming material and support containment activities
- Manage NCRs, concessions and quality investigations
- Maintain SAP quality records, trackers and KPI metrics
- Support Quality Engineers with root cause investigations and drawing changes
- Work closely with production, engineering and operations teams
- Drive continuous improvement and support zero defect initiatives
Requirements:
- Experience within aerospace, manufacturing or engineering environments
- Background in quality inspection, quality technician or manufacturing quality roles
- Knowledge of NCRs, containment and non-conformance processes
- SAP or ERP system experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally within fast-paced production environments
Desirable:
- Aerospace or AS9100 experience
- Engineering qualification such as HNC/HND
- Experience supporting shopfloor quality operations
