Are you a CAD Visualisation Specialist with strong experience in Autodesk VRED, Autodesk Alias and CATIA/3DExperience? This role offers the chance to work at the heart of automotive Perceived Quality (PQ) and Crafted Quality (CQ), supporting vehicle programmes with high-fidelity digital models, photorealistic rendering and surface development.

The Role

  • Building and maintaining Autodesk VRED models using the latest engineering data
  • Producing photorealistic renderings to support design and engineering decisions
  • Conducting and supporting virtual audits, including VR when required
  • Creating and modifying surface data to demonstrate engineering or crafted-quality solutions
  • Developing visualisations for early-stage concepts and quality “grey zone” areas
  • Supporting 3DX model creation for wider engineering teams
  • Generating visuals for PQ/CQ guidelines and standards
  • Creating geometry suitable for additive manufacturing
  • Coaching engineers in basic CATIA/3DX tools

About You

You’ll be confident working in a fast-moving automotive engineering environment and collaborating closely with design, engineering and perceived-quality stakeholders.
