DCV is seeking an experienced, strategic Business Development Manager to play a pivotal role in our next phase of growth. This is a senior, outward-facing role for someone who understands IT recruitment inside out and is motivated by building meaningful, long-term partnerships rather than chasing short-term wins.

You will be responsible for expanding our reach both regionally and nationally, developing new client relationships across the IT Sector while protecting and strengthening the reputation we have built for quality, trust and reliability. This role is ideal for a proven IT recruitment BDM who wants autonomy, influence, and the opportunity to help shape the future direction of a growing, teacher-led business.

Key Responsibilities
