We are recruiting an experienced Technical Programme Manager to lead complex, cross-functional technology programmes within a large-scale enterprise environment. This role suits a senior TPM who can manage technical dependencies, translate engineering work into clear stakeholder communication, and drive delivery across multiple concurrent workstreams.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of large technical programmes across integration, provisioning and operations
- Manage complex cross-team technical dependencies across engineering, platform and operations
- Lead acquisition and integration programmes, coordinating multiple technology teams
- Oversee automation, deployment and provisioning workflows
- Drive major quarterly operational initiatives, including roadmap execution, efficiency and cost initiatives
- Produce clear status reporting, SITREPs and executive updates
- Act as the central point of coordination between technical teams and senior stakeholders
Required Experience
- Proven experience as a Technical Programme Manager / Technical Program Manager
- Strong understanding of technical systems such as infrastructure, platforms, cloud, virtual machines, networking, automation or AI-related environments
- Demonstrable experience managing large-scale technical programmes, not just Scrum or delivery ceremonies
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Background working closely with engineering, platform or infrastructure teams
Nice to Have
- Experience with M&A or post-acquisition integration
- Enterprise-scale internal platforms or tooling environments
- Cost optimisation or operational efficiency programmes
