We are recruiting an experienced Technical Programme Manager to lead complex, cross-functional technology programmes within a large-scale enterprise environment. This role suits a senior TPM who can manage technical dependencies, translate engineering work into clear stakeholder communication, and drive delivery across multiple concurrent workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end delivery of large technical programmes across integration, provisioning and operations
  • Manage complex cross-team technical dependencies across engineering, platform and operations
  • Lead acquisition and integration programmes, coordinating multiple technology teams
  • Oversee automation, deployment and provisioning workflows
  • Drive major quarterly operational initiatives, including roadmap execution, efficiency and cost initiatives
  • Produce clear status reporting, SITREPs and executive updates
  • Act as the central point of coordination between technical teams and senior stakeholders

Required Experience

  • Proven experience as a Technical Programme Manager / Technical Program Manager
  • Strong understanding of technical systems such as infrastructure, platforms, cloud, virtual machines, networking, automation or AI-related environments
  • Demonstrable experience managing large-scale technical programmes, not just Scrum or delivery ceremonies
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Background working closely with engineering, platform or infrastructure teams

Nice to Have

  • Experience with M&A or post-acquisition integration
  • Enterprise-scale internal platforms or tooling environments
  • Cost optimisation or operational efficiency programmes
