The Role:
- Project Managers with extensive NHS (National Health Service) PAS (Patient Administration System) experience, ideally theatres module experience, patient engagement, outpatient Clinicals & Medical Device integration modules experience.
- Ability to navigate with PAS team, oversee integrations aspects, perform mapping of process flows and complex workflows, Prepare To Be process from As Is, Overall understanding on EPR implementation.
Your responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance to programme delivery teams to ensure success.
- Leading teams through benefits and change management process.
- Ensuring organisational change drives digital requirements.
- Delivery of benefits to the healthcare organisations in Lincolnshire.
- Increasing clinical engagement and buy in.
- Managing parts of the project using PRINCE2 methodology.
- Ensuring the ongoing exploitation of existing and new systems to ensure optimum benefits are delivered.
- Undertake the role of product specialist.
- Process analysis and redesign (including workshops and documenting processes).
- Identification of new ways of working and activities required to deliver these.
- Identification of system specifications and change requests.
- Communications and user engagement.
- Participating in technical and user testing (including writing test scripts).
- Project planning and team meetings.
Your Profile:
Essential skills/knowledge/experience:
- Relevant management experience.
- Experience of redesigning services / implementing change within the NHS.
- Critical appraisal/analysis skills.
- Proven negotiation and influencing skills.
- Evidence of leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently within agreed timescales.
- Demonstrate good verbal and written communications.
- Resilient and adaptable in complex programme environments.
- Meets strict deadlines/targets.
Desirable skills/knowledge/experience:
- Graduate level diploma in a related subject or equivalent relevant experience in healthcare or IT enabled change environments.
- PRINCE2 Practitioner or UKCHIP level 2/3.
- Relevant management experience.
- Experience of redesigning services/implementing change within the NHS.
- Knowledge of the NHS and organizational pressures.
- Basic PC skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Use of project management software.
- Use of Microsoft Visio.
