Requirements
- Experience supporting telemetry, SCADA, OT or control systems
- Experience in application support, incident management and problem resolution
- Knowledge of database configuration, database administration or SQL
- Knowledge of IT networks, telecommunications or hardware support
- Understanding of IT Service Management, configuration management and knowledge management
- Strong communication, prioritisation and stakeholder management skills
- ITIL Foundation v4 or above is highly desirable
- Programming, hardware installation, telecommunications and networking experience are advantageous
Responsibilities
- Provide 2nd line support for business-critical applications and OT systems
- Perform database configuration in line with established standards
- Investigate and resolve incidents, problems and technical faults
- Support BAU implementations, upgrades and service transition activities
- Liaise with our IT service desk and service delivery teams
- Support project planning through scope, effort and resource estimates
