We are working exclusively with an innovative AI vision and telematics company that is expanding rapidly in the UK market. Backed by proven technology and strong early traction, they are now seeking a Sales Manager to build and scale their UK sales operation from the ground up.

The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the CEO and Group Commercial Director, you will be responsible for creating a predictable and scalable UK sales engine, targeting SME fleet operators and building strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Generate £1.5M - £2M in UK annual recurring revenue (ARR)
- Close 25 - 35 SME fleet customers
- Establish 2 strategic partnerships (e.g. insurance, leasing, fleet services)
- Implement a repeatable sales process within 90 days
- Maintain 3 qualified pipeline coverage
What We're Looking For
This role will suit a true sales hunter - someone who thrives in founder-led, fast-moving environments and is comfortable creating opportunity rather than relying on inbound leads.
Key competencies include:
- Proven success selling complex, value-based B2B solutions within the SASS or IOT sector
- Ideally you will have experience selling into the logistics, transportation or insurance sector
- Strong pipeline management and CRM discipline
- Ability to generate outbound opportunities and manage long sales cycles
- Data-driven approach to forecasting and prioritisation
- High integrity, accountability, and follow-through
- Ability to quickly learn AI-driven products, safety use cases, and regulations
- Experience hiring, coaching, and developing junior sales talent
