We are recruiting a Sales Manager to build and scale a UK sales engine for a high-growth AI vision and telematics SaaS solution focused on SME fleet operators. This is a hands-on role suited to a commercially driven sales leader who thrives in a builder environment, owns the full sales cycle, and can create predictable, repeatable revenue.
The Role
- Own UK new business sales for an AI-driven fleet safety and telematics platform
- Generate £1.5m-£2m ARR through direct sales to SME fleets
- Build and maintain a 3 qualified pipeline with strong CRM discipline
- Drive outbound prospecting, value-led selling and long-cycle deal management
- Close 25-35 SME fleet customers and deliver strong retention
- Establish strategic partnerships (insurance, leasing, fleet services)
- Implement a repeatable sales process within the first 90 days
- Hire, onboard and coach 1-2 sales executives as the function scales
- Provide structured market and product feedback to senior leadership
About You
- Proven B2B SaaS, telematics, fleet, AI or safety technology sales experience
- Comfortable selling complex, value-based solutions to owner-led and operational buyers
- Strong pipeline management, forecasting and data-driven decision making
- Self-starter with high integrity, resilience and ownership mindset
- Experience building sales motion from low inbound environments
Package
- £60,000 base salary
- Uncapped commission (OTE £120,000)
