We are recruiting for an experienced Solution Architect with deep expertise in Blue Yonder (JDA) Category Management to support a major retail transformation programme. This is a hands-on delivery role, ideal for someone who has led multiple Blue Yonder Category Management implementations and can translate complex merchandising and category requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver Blue Yonder Category Management solutions aligned to business needs
- Lead solution design workshops, technical design and functional design activities
- Configure and implement CKB (Customer Knowledge Base) environments
- Support space management and assortment management processes
- Provide technical leadership across SaaS implementations
- Deliver PoCs, manage configuration, application security and process flows
- Collaborate with global delivery teams and senior stakeholders
Essential skills & experience:
- Strong experience with Blue Yonder / JDA Category Management
- Multiple end-to-end Category Management implementations
- Hands-on expertise with CKB, space planning and assortment
- Strong SQL Server / SQL scripting skills
- Technical experience with .NET (C#, VB) and solution extensions
- Background in retail merchandising systems and SaaS delivery
Desirable:
- Cognos Reporting
- User training and enablement experience
