My client is a leading provider of housing solutions and in the search of an Audit Officer.
The candidate must hold a full UK Driving License and access to their own vehicle as extensive daily travel is required.
We are looking for someone who has:
-Experience within the social housing/property industry
-Experience of audit work eg. carrying out tenancy audits
-Ability to work with difficult tenants and build relationships
Your daily tasks would include:
-Carry out inspections of accommodations and services assigned to you by the Senior Auditor and raise non-conformances in accordance with company guidelines.
-Conduct regular audits of accommodations and services inspected by Inspection Officers at least once a month ensuring to visit sufficient volume of varying types of accommodations as assigned by the Senior Auditor.
-Arrange to meet accommodation staff and relevant inspector on site at the beginning of the audit day to clarify the audit type and process for on-site audit.
