Here’s the twist: this isn’t just about phone calls and deals. Around 20% of your role will be using LinkedIn to connect with customers, post content and even appear in videos on our YouTube channel.

We don’t care if you’ve never done sales before or if you’re a proven closer. What matters is that you’re confident, good with people and hungry to learn. If you’ve been used to dealing with customers in any way – on the phone, face-to-face, solving problems, keeping conversations going – you’ll fit right in. We’ll coach you on the sales side (if needed) and give you everything you need to succeed.

From day one, you’ll be making inbound and outbound calls every day – speaking to new and existing customers, prospecting over the phone and turning conversations into opportunities. The phones will be the main focus, but social media adds an extra edge to how you build relationships.

What you’ll do

  • Make daily inbound and outbound calls to new and existing customers
  • Prospect hard over the phone to build your pipeline
  • Build long-term customer relationships so accounts stay with us
  • Use LinkedIn, WhatsApp, video and email to keep conversations alive
  • Keep your pipeline organised so nothing slips through the cracks
  • Join in our weekly YouTube videos, TikToks and other content
  • Be curious and research our customers and get to know them really well

What we’re looking for

  • A confident communicator who enjoys talking to people (especially on the phone)
  • Experience of using LinkedIn on a daily basis. If you don't have a LinkedIn account, this role isn’t for you.
  • Resilient – knockbacks don’t faze you
  • Curious, coachable and hungry to grow
  • Comfortable being on camera and happy to get creative
  • A sense of humour (we don’t do boring)
  • Sales experience is a bonus, but not essential – attitude is everything
