DCT Recruitment Ltd are looking for a Sales Manager to work in our ever-growing client. Our client is a well-known garage in the local area of St. Experience the convenience and quality of a full-service garage brought directly to you.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for the management of the Vehicle Maintenance and Repair Teams. Responsibilities include:
- Establishing, implementing and maintaining effective policies and procedures to ensure full legal compliance and high-quality service by the department.
- Bidding and claiming for external funding.
- Managing and/or participating in projects relating to service development.
- Collating and analysing available data within service systems and from best-practice information to identify trends and make recommendations.
- Establishing common practices across both workshop facilities, ensuring consistent systems including day-to-day financial administration and administrative planning.
- Undertaking project tasks or more specialised administrative work relating to the preparation of key performance indicators as required.
- Deputising for the Fleet Manager as required.
- Ensuring workshop staff are provided with appropriate training and maintaining training schedules including costings.
- Monitoring and developing the performance of directly reporting staff, including conducting performance reviews and dealing with initial discipline.
- Overseeing the use of third-party contractors and specialised repairers.
- Managing and maintaining the fleet management system, ensuring that all users maintain accurate and relevant data.
