Junior Graphic Designer

About the Role: We’re looking for a passionate and proactive Junior Graphic Designer to join our growing creative team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone at the early stages of their design career who’s eager to learn, develop, and evolve within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundational understanding of design principles, a keen eye for aesthetics, and the willingness to work collaboratively while taking initiative. You’ll contribute to a wide variety of creative projects—branding, social media, web assets, and light video editing. Key Responsibilities: * Support the design team in producing high-quality visual content for TikTok and Meta ads * Assist in the creation of marketing materials, social media graphics * Apply basic video editing techniques for reels, stories, and short promos * Collaborate with other departments to deliver engaging and effective visuals * Stay informed on current design trends, platforms, and tools * Take feedback constructively and actively participate in creative discussions * Manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines with attention to detail Requirements: * Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign at a minimum) * Familiarity with basic video editing principles (e.g., using Premiere Pro or similar tools) * Basic working knowledge of Figma * A solid portfolio showcasing your design work and creative thinking * Strong communication and organisational skills * Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and grow within a team environment * Interest in design trends, digital culture, and emerging tools Nice to Have: * Exposure to motion graphics (e.g., After Effects) * Understanding of branding and visual storytelling * Experience working with templates and design systems
