Job Description
DCT Recruitment Ltd are looking for 4 Industrial Painters to join a team of painters to work on a £1 Billion contract building a Paper mill.The hours are Monday to Friday 430pm until 1am.Must have Protective Coatings Application CertificateIPAF requiredCSCS cardResponsibilities:Perform “Power-Wash” and other pre-painting activities on parts in preparation for painting/fabricationApply a variety of industrial coatings to fabricated metal productsUtilize instrumentation to measure painting parameters to ensure compliance with OEM specificationsResponsible for the application of industrial coatings in confined spacesAssist to appropriately rig large objects for the purpose of moving them in the process of applying the industrial coatingsSuggest tools and equipment to improve the operation of the unitAssist in the maintenance of a clean and safe work environment and observe good safety habitsAdhere to all OSHA and HazMat Procedures with respect to the storage and handling of materials in the areaResponsible for reporting malfunctions of equipment or processing to the supervisor.is Project has 12-18 Months left to be completed.
