DCT Recruitment ltd are looking for a permanent Freight Sales Coordinator to join our very successful client. This is to work side-by-side with the Commercial Director. This is a full-time position based on an average of 40 hour working predominantly 5 days out of 7, 8.30am β 5pm (shift patterns may vary depending on business needs). As the Freight Sales Coordinator you will be responsible for: β’ Liaising with carriers, reviewing market trends and rates. β’ Research and develop new UK and international sales opportunities. β’ Maximise sales opportunities between our existing customers for all modes of transport; air, ocean and road. β’ Communicate with customers to build relationships and understand the business needs and requirements. β’ Review emails with sales quotes, FCL, LCL, Road & Air β’ Work closely with the ops team to ensure the customer service experience is maintained. β’ Maintain Systems & CRM β’ Attend Networking events Benefits: β’ Competitive salary of Β£32k-35k with opportunity grow with the company. β’ Access to an on-site gym. β’ An additional 5-day holiday per annum. β’ Free parking. β’ Strong community presence.
