DCT Recruitment are looking for a Permanent Financial Services Admin & Customer Services Assistant to work in our ever-growing Financial advisory office in Bootle 3 days per week (9am–5pm). Wednesday would be a required working day. Pay: £15-£17 P/H experience dependent.
Opportunity to work for a close-knit, independently run financial advisory company looking for a motivated Financial Services Admin & Sales Assistant to join the team for 3 days per week (9am–5pm). This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys numbers, has strong attention to detail, and wants to build a long-term career in finance, pensions, and wealth management.
What You’ll Be Doing
- General office administration including document handling, client correspondence, and data entry
- Sales support tasks such as preparing client packs and assisting advisers with follow-ups
- Maintaining accurate records in line with GDPR requirements
- Using Microsoft Office for day-to-day tasks
- Supporting a small, friendly team and contributing to a positive office environment
- Assisting clients both via telephone and in person

- Interest in finance and pensions with a willingness to learn
- GCSE Maths Grade 5 (C) or above
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident with Microsoft Office and general office duties
