DCT Recruitment is seeking a skilled and reliable Mechanical/Duct Fitter Supervisor to join an exciting project based at Shotton Mill, Deeside. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional looking for steady night work with competitive pay.
Position Details
- Location: Shotton Mill, Deeside
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 19:00 – 07:00 (12-hour shifts including 1-hour unpaid break)
- Saturday Shifts: Optional 8 hours, paid at a higher rate
- Salary: £40 per hour (CIS) for weekdays
- Salary: £45 per hour (CIS) for Saturdays (8 hours)
- Start Date: Immediate
- Accommodation: Not provided
What We\\\’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Mechanical or Duct Fitter Supervisor, ideally within industrial or construction environments
- Valid SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) certificate
- Valid CSCS card
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively during night shifts
- Ability to read drawings and ensure quality and safety compliance on site
- Reliable, hardworking, and committed to delivering excellent results
