DCT Recruitment is seeking a skilled and reliable Mechanical/Duct Fitter Supervisor to join an exciting project based at Shotton Mill, Deeside. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional looking for steady night work with competitive pay. Position Details: Location: Shotton Mill, Deeside Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 19:00 – 07:00 (12-hour shifts including 1-hour unpaid break) Saturday Shifts: Optional 8 hours, paid at a higher rate Salary: £40 per hour (CIS) for weekdays £45 per hour (CIS) for Saturdays (8 hours) Start Date: Immediate Accommodation: Not provided What We’re Looking For: Proven experience as a Mechanical or Duct Fitter Supervisor, ideally within industrial or construction environments Valid SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) certificate Valid CSCS card Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively during night shifts Ability to read drawings and ensure quality and safety compliance on site Reliable, hardworking, and committed to delivering excellent results Why Work With Us?
