Due to expansion we are looking to hire a Recruitment Consultant to join our team at DCT Recruitment Ltd. We are a market leading, award winning Construction, Industrial, Engineering, Manufacturing, Hospitality and Commercial agency based in Liverpool City Centre.

Are you a passionate recruiter keen to work in a highly autonomous, positive friendly environment? Do you have sales experience and are bored of being managed to death on KPIs? Do you want an opportunity to earn uncapped bonuses? If you have a proven track record in any kind of recruitment or business to business sales experience then we would be really keen to hear from you!

Role of the Recruitment Consultant is:

  • Develop and manage client relationships in a competitive environment
  • Identify future business and initiate strategic plans for growth within a specialist market
  • Manage the recruitment process from interview to placement and beyond
  • Win new exciting accounts
  • Establish opportunities with both candidates and clients

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be able to demonstrate:

  • A desire to provide a high quality service to clients and candidates
  • Self-motivation to earn lots of money!

To work Monday to Friday 7:30am to 4:30pm.
