MEP BIM Coordinator (m/f) in London

At DCT – Digital Construction Technologies, we specialize in BIM Modeling, Digital Construction Management, and Project Management, with a strong presence in data center projects. We currently have more than 60 employees spread across our offices in Ireland, Croatia, Argentina, Bosnia and Portugal.

Delivers technical leadership, mentoring, and coaching of BIM department staff, managing BIM modelling projects to high standards;
Development of 3D coordinated services and structure layouts for clash control;
Coordinate installation of MEP services with other trades, ensuring QA/QC compliance;
Development of systems and designs, coordinated building services layouts, management of drawing registers and standards;
Production of 2D and 3D design drawings, prefabrication isometrics, and details;
Work with team leads to ensure proper resource planning and work scheduling for projects;
Facilitate the relationship between individual departments to develop tools and practices which benefit project delivery;
Audit quality practices and processes within the site, focusing on the prevention of deviations.
Direct experience in developing, implementing, and administering BIM in a complex, multi-project program;
Proven ability to research, standardise, and communicate VDC/BIM workflows and technical information to clients;
Ability to review construction documents, understand the scope of work, and review estimates for completeness and accuracy;
Ability to educate clients on the value of BIM following construction completion and before project commencement;
Understanding of how BIM supports Asset Management to fulfill client expectations.
