DCS Technology, in partnership with our client who are a Microsoft Gold Partner and consultancy, is searching for a Senior CRM Consultant to join their rapidly growing team based in the Midlands.
As a CRM Consultant, you will be vital in leading the development of clients' CRM product stream, from managing the governance and operational delivery of projects to road mapping future CRM strategy.
- Supporting sales: Act as point of escalation to project managers and junior consultants in complex consultancy queries.
- Liaise with business SMEs in teams such as sales and marketing to create effective and informative content to maximise customer engagement.
- Act as a key point of contact for projects, managing the capacity, performance, and progress of CRM business.
- Work to self-set and SLA deadlines to effectively manage customer expectations and deliver quality services.
Hold qualifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 functions. Bonus scheme, company pension, holiday allowance, and more!
Working set-up: Hybrid (Mixture of office and home based). Full time and permanent.
