DCS Technology, in partnership with our client a Microsoft Gold Partner and consultancy, are searching for a Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant to join their rapidly growing team based in the Midlands.
What's in it for you?
- Salary: £65,000 to £75,000 per annum

Your Role
- Collaborate with the sales team to complete all pre-sales activities and documentation
- Act as an escalation point for project managers
- Manage the capacity and progress of CRM projects
- Work to self-set and SLA deadlines to meet customer expectations
What You’ll Need
- Proven experience in a similar role with Dynamics 365
- Deep knowledge and hold qualifications for Dynamics 365 products/solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- A customer-first and collaborative approach
- Experience in NFP or public sectors is highly desirable
