What you’ll be doing:
- Lead the full migration from legacy systems to Dynamics 365: Microsoft 365 and Power Platforms.
- Own data integrity across the organisation.
- Develop and enforce IT policies, compliance, and DR plans.
- Act as the SME for Dynamics 365 tools, driving technical adoption and efficiency.
- Manage vendor relationships and cross-functional IT coordination.
- Identify and implement automation, governance, and performance improvements.
What you’ll need:
- Proven track record in Dynamics 365 migration and digital transformation.
- Deep understanding of Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and compliance features.
- Hands-on experience with IT support, systems admin, and operations.
- Ability to convert technical goals into business strategy.
- Skilled at engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of data governance and IT best practices.
