Contact Centre DevOps Engineer

My client is a leading Contact Centre technology business and looking for an experienced Bare Metal Kubernetes Engineer; responsible for the configuration, deployment, and validation of Kubernetes clusters across our Manchester data centers and AWS infrastructure. This role will focus on ensuring the stability , reliability , and performance of these clusters to support a seamless migration of services. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in bare metal Kubernetes deployments, networking, storage, and related technologies. Experience with networking technologies, including load balancing , DNS, and network policies ( Calico , MetalLB ). Solid understanding of Linux system administration. Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g.,
