DCS Technology, in partnership with our client, a Microsoft services provider, is searching for a CRM pre-sales Consultant to join their rapidly growing team based in the Midlands.

As a Dynamics 365 pre-sales Consultant, you will be vital in supporting sales colleagues throughout the sales cycle. You will be responsible for understanding client requirements and delivering high-quality demonstrations of the D365 suite's functions and capabilities.

  • Collaborating and assisting your sales team colleagues throughout the entire sales cycle.
  • Fostering and encouraging a collaborative team environment, preparing high-quality proposals and responses to RFPs, tenders, and alternative requests.
  • Frequently reporting and sitting down with the Sales Director to discuss your individual and team performance.
  • Identifying key areas to increase revenue in the sales pipeline.
  • Assisting sales and bids teams to build highly effective business cases and return on investment proposals.

A minimum of 4 years proven experience within a pre-sales or similar position working with Dynamics 365.
