Responsibilities
- First-line response to AV issues across venues in your region
- Build relationships with on-site venue teams
- Carry out surveys for equipment replacement and upgrades
- Lead installs and maintain your own vehicle kit stock
- Provide remote and occasional on-site support
- Occasionally assist at head office with rack builds and prep
Qualifications
- Strong AV experience (video & projection especially welcome)
- Ability to troubleshoot, document processes, and train others
- Basic skills in video editing, presentation tools, and Photoshop
- Proactive and resourceful with strong communication skills
- Comfortable with frequent UK travel and staying away from home
- Full UK driving licence is essential
