Job Description
Our client based in Hindley Green are currently seeking an experienced FLT Reach Truck Driver to join their team on the morning shift. This is a full-time, Temporary to Permanent ongoing position offering stable hours and a great working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate Reach Forklift Trucks safely and efficiently in a busy warehouse environment
- You will be required to unload containers manually by hand and this can be physical. All staff on each shift will be required to assist with all container deliveries which will include handballing.
- Load and unload deliveries, move stock to storage areas, and prepare orders for dispatch
- Maintain accurate stock records and ensure products are stored correctly
- Follow all health and safety procedures on-site
- Work as part of a team to ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations
Requirements
- Valid Reach Truck Licence – RTITB or in-house licences are accepted
- Previous experience operating a Reach Truck in a warehouse or logistics environment
- Good understanding of health and safety practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Punctual, reliable, and with a strong work ethic
- Regular Monday to Friday working hours
- Full-time, stable employment (40 hours per week)
