Job Description Our client is a true market leader in their field and are looking for an experienced Employment Tribunal Advocate specialising within employment law to compliment their existing legal services team. Experienced within Advocacy, the successful candidate will manage their own cases from preparation, all aspects of case management through to representation in the Employment Tribunal. We are looking for candidates who are hard working, confident, articulate, who have direct employment law and advocacy experience. The successful candidate will work closely with the employment law advisors, and the senior leadership team. There is a strong focus on delivering high standards of quality and client care with good communication skills and high professional standards. Liaison with ACAS, Tribunal and other legal parties To maintain all case management activity on the online system.
