Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Plumber to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across a variety of settings, on commercial, and industrial sites. This role requires a strong understanding of plumbing principles, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with practical skills in welding, carpentry, and the use of hand and power tools to contribute to high-quality service delivery.

Duties

  • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances in accordance with safety standards and building codes.
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and specialised equipment such as welding apparatus to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues and perform preventative maintenance.
  • Measure and cut pipes accurately using basic maths skills; assemble components with precision.
  • Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely during installation or repairs.
  • Apply mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot complex plumbing problems effectively.
