We’re looking for a driven Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Technology division at DCS Recruitment. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious recruiter who’s passionate about the tech industry, from emerging AI innovators to leading Cloud and DevOps consultancies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow existing client relationships while developing new business opportunities
- Recruit top‑tier talent across high‑demand technology markets such as AI, Cloud, DevOps, Data, and Cybersecurity
- Manage the full 360 recruitment process – from candidate sourcing to placement
- Operate your desk like your own business, backed by a trusted brand, strong leadership, and modern tools
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in recruitment (ideally tech‑focused, but top performers from any sector will be considered)
- Strong understanding or interest in technology trends and digital transformation
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
- Resilient, driven, and commercially minded
- Ambition to build a long‑term career in a high‑growth market
