Project Manager (Defence Product) – Fleet/Camberley Area (Permanent)

Hybrid Role

SC Clearance (Or Eligible. No Sponsorship Available)

We\'re seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Client\'s industry leading team near Fleet. You\'ll lead custom projects from conception to completion, working with cutting edge technology and building strong relationships with customers and internal teams.

The Role

  • Manage technical projects end-to-end, ensuring on time, on budget delivery
  • Develop comprehensive project plans and maintain clear documentation
  • Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to define requirements and specifications
  • Oversee testing procedures and validate system performance
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, escalating issues when appropriate
  • Support system installations and provide training to support teams
  • Lead project reviews and capture lessons learned for continuous improvement
