PM Operations Supervisor (FLT)

Shift working hours – 14:00 -22:00

Pay £14.50 PH

Lead the shift. Keep operations moving. Set the standard.

We’re looking for a hands‑on PM Operations Supervisor with Counterbalance and/or Bendi FLT experience to take charge of our evening operations. This is a fast-paced role for someone who thrives under pressure, leads from the front, and takes pride in running a safe and efficient warehouse.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and oversee all PM warehouse operations.
  • Allocate runs when required (full systems training provided).
  • Safely load, unload, and move palletised goods using FLT equipment.
  • Ensure Health & Safety standards are always maintained.
  • Report operational issues and keep management informed.
  • Support and motivate the team to achieve daily targets.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.

What We’re Looking For

  • Counterbalance and/or Bendi FLT Licence
  • Previous warehouse experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Good IT skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Flexible, reliable, and trustworthy
  • A positive, can-do attitude
