PM Operations Supervisor (FLT)
Shift working hours – 14:00 -22:00
Pay £14.50 PH

We’re looking for a hands‑on PM Operations Supervisor with Counterbalance and/or Bendi FLT experience to take charge of our evening operations. This is a fast‑paced role for someone who thrives under pressure, leads from the front, and takes pride in running a safe and efficient warehouse.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and oversee all PM warehouse operations.
- Allocate runs when required (full systems training provided).
- Safely load, unload, and move palletised goods using FLT equipment.
- Ensure Health & Safety standards are always maintained.
- Report operational issues and keep management informed.
- Support and motivate the team to achieve daily targets.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Counterbalance and/or Bendi FLT Licence
- Previous warehouse experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Good IT skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Flexible, reliable, and trustworthy
- A positive, can‑do attitude
