DCS Recruitment currently seek an experienced data cabling engineer in Ipswich on behalf of a national communications contractor.

Start: Monday 1st June

Must have experience in data cable and device installation within an educational environment e.g. moves, adds, and changes. Experience with CAT6/6A cabling specifically is advantageous.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Hold a valid CSCS/ECS – industry related accreditation is preferred e.g. datacoms, network infrastructure, cabling installer
  • Have their own PPE and tools including basic hand tools, termination kit, and drill for network infrastructure cabling and hardware moves, adds, and changes

You will be asked to provide two relevant work references and right to work ID prior to start.
