DCS Recruitment currently seek an established data cabling engineer in Fleet on behalf of a national client.

  • Works will be 1-2 days starting the 11th February

Responsibilities

The successful cabling engineer will be decommissioning access points, switches, routers, and cabs within a retail unit and completing inventory reports (Excel template provided).

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Experience of decommission and inventory responsibilities is essential.
  • You must:
  • Have your own transport e.g. van
  • Have your own steps or ladders
  • Have access and be competent using Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for job reporting
  • Be able to provide relevant work references prior to start
  • A valid CSCS/ECS/Equivalent structured cabling/comms industry related card is beneficial but not essential.
