Responsibilities

• Inspect door sets in residential settings across London.
• Record all data using designated software applications.
• Maintain professionalism and courteous conduct when interacting with tenants.
• Ensure compliance with BM‑Trada standards and ART repairs.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of surveying fire doors.
• Formal certification such as FDIS.
• Familiarity with BM‑Trada standards and ART repairs.
• Proficient use of software applications for data recording.
• Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor.

Remuneration

This role is paid on a day‑rate basis (£250/day) plus paid expenses.

Duration

Estimated minimum duration of 6 months.
